The first time I met Charlie, he was about 10 years old, still a child and still getting up to mischief, he set his back garden fence alight playing with matches. Dennis the menace comes to mind. He was a cheeky lad and in all the time I knew him he was a cheeky so and so, he had a huge heart and always wanted to love and be loved. I haven’t seen Charlie for a while, he had a dark patch in his life, easily led I think . I moved away but I often thought of him. He always said he loved ya as he was walking off and I know he meant it. Many fond memories. My thoughts are with his children, his sister Jackie, his dad and all that met Charlie in their lives. God Bless him, maybe now he will find his happy place. ❤️ Xxxx
